Things were a little quieter on AR this week and I'm guessing that's because of the bank holiday and beautiful weather. Remember a book is wonderful because it can travel with you wherever you go, so as well as keeping active, you can read outside too. There isn't long left to reach those targets for Term 3, so be sure to read and quiz frequently. This week sees two children getting their first target (don't forget to download your certificate below):

Accelerated Reader Trophy
Since we've been in 'lockdown' the AR trophy has certainly been doing the rounds between all four classes, which is fantastic to see. This week we challenged P6 to retain their title from last week and whilst they did a fantastic job of achieving 91.1% in their quizzes their title was claimed by Primary 5 who had an amazing 96.9% accuracy in quizzing over the past 7 days. Word Count & Millionaires
No new word millionaires this week, but we have a number of pupils close and others who could achieve that target before the end of term, with a little extra effort. Our whole school word count for 2019-2020 so far is:
