Although our Primary 4 pupils won't be celebrating their First Communion on Saturday 2nd May, due to the restrictions that are in place, we invite them to join us in marking the event in a special way.
First Communion is always a special occasion for our pupils and our parish. It is a wonderful celebration and reminder of the Last Supper and so we invite our Primary 4's and their families to join Fr Tremer for Mass (via the parish webcam) on Sunday 3rd May @11.30am, where he will have a special message for you all - https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-patricks-church.
We know that lots of the boys and girls will be disappointed and because of that some of you may be marking the day in a special way (saying a prayer, drawing a picture, getting dressed up, sharing a special meal, etc.). We would LOVE to see your photographs of these events, so that we can have a 'Social Distancing Communion Celebration'. All photographs should be sent to Miss Fanthorpe on tfanthorpe@c2kni.net and we will create an album to share will all the boys and girls.
