A new school term meant a new topic for Primary 4 and one which they were VERY excited about - World War II. Having been introduced to the topic they attended the Palace Stables in Armagh to learn a little more about it. They became 'evacuees' with their own identity cards, met an American soldier, heard an air raid siren, explored some air raid shelters and even became an air raid warden.
