This month the children were working with money in our class shop, learning about the value of different coins and how to organize items on the shelves. They explored 2D and 3D shapes and found them around the school environment. We looked after our pets in the Vets Corner. The children had fun making leaf nests outside for the little insects in the garden area. We tasted healthy tropical fruits and played African instruments like Handa did in the story ‘Handa’s Surprise’.
