Primary 2 March 2025
Primary 2 have been very busy in March. They made salt dough shamrock ☘️ magnets with Miss Warner to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day. They really enjoyed dressing up and singing in Irish at their Irish concert too.
They have been making good use of the lovely spring weather and we have been having outside playing with Primary 1. We hope the sunshine comes out again. 🌞
We had Sarah from Primary 3 down to visit us to tell us about her diary farm in Carrickrovaddy. Her mum had sent us a video all about her farm. She told us that her Daddy milks the cows morning and night. Then a big milk truck takes it away to the factory so that it can be put into cartons for us to be able to buy it in the shops. We also found out that this milk can be used to make cheese, yogurt and even ice cream!!
Lastly we made cards and treat boxes to give to our Mothers to celebrate Happy Mothers Day! We hope all the Mothers get a day off cooking and cleaning for one day 😂😍
