Today we read the book. ‘The Big Pancake.’ We enjoyed it so much that we made our own pancakes. We added eggs and milk to flour and then whisked it until the bubbles appeared. We poured the mixture onto a pan and waited for it to cook. When the pancake was ready we took turns at flipping it really high. We also tasted our pancakes and even put sugar and lemon on some of them for flavour. We really enjoyed Pancake Tuesday and hope to make some at home too.
